sexy retro bathing suit win!!!

ok so i never review products, ever. but i always read them and base almost all my online purchases on them. so it's completely unfair that i never write one, but there you have it.
however, this is the first time i have ever felt so compelled to write a review. because we all know how horrible shopping for bathing suits are, and online is almost worse cuz you see something cute on a computer screen, read all about it, research reviews on like 4 different sites, hem and haw over whether you should take the chance, knowing full well that you will most likely be completely disappointed when the product arrives. and i was super worried about this bathing suit. see i had a baby 3 months ago and i'm just not quite ready for my old bikinis, and all my one pieces seemed out of style. and frankly, i didn't feel so hot in those either. but with a big family beach vacation coming up, i wanted something i could feel really good in. and ladies i have to tell you, this suit did not disappoint!!
i tried it on as soon as it arrived and loved how i looked so much that i actually went outside to show my husband! yep, right out the front door, actually wishing the neighbors would see cuz that's how good i felt. the sexy retro look covers me exactly where i needed and exposes me exactly where i wanted...especially in the back, makes my butt look great! ;) the padding in front makes me feel supported and fabulous. its even got this plastic sticky material like in a strapless bra to keep it in place. and the sizing is spot on. i'm 5'6" 137lbs with a 38C bust at the moment, and normally wear a size 8. the medium fits like a glove. i was worried that the faux denim look would be cheesy or cheap looking, but its perfect. like i feel like i should be riding a bike on a beach boardwalk in 1962 perfect.
i haven't worn it in the water yet, but i'm sure it'll be fine. and let's be honest, most of us don't buy bathing suits for streamlined aquatic performance, we just want to look and feel sexy. and this suit definitely did that for me.

Extremely Flattering Swimsuit

I read the reviews and decided to try this swimsuit, and I'm so glad I did. This is my first swimsuit after having my second child, and I'm very happy with how flattering it is. The ruching conceals the tummy and the way the sides are flat helps to elongate my figure. I also was looking for something with a low cut leg, and this fits the bill. The one slight drawback is that I may need to tie the halter straps pretty tight to keep it secure in the pool, and that doesn't feel great around the back of my neck. I would think this suit may not provide great support for a larger bust. Also, for reference, I weigh about 120 and am 5' 6", and the size small fits well. I'm so happy to have found such a flattering swimsuit for such a low price. I tried it on for my husband, and he said, "Classy." I like that.

Makes me look plump

I bought this after reading the reviews that it has a flattering design. I am slightly overweight but this swimsuit definitely makes me look more plump than I actually am, and emphasizes the tummy area. One look at my husband's expression and I know I have to return it.
